Fix The invoice can't be saved at this time. Please try again later issue in backend

Hi,

I am trying to create an invoice from the backend, but after submitting the invoice, it throws an error in the attached screenshot.

Magento Version: 2.3.5-p2

I have placed this order using offline payment methods like COD.

We have checked the exception.log file and in the display the error message as below : 

main.CRITICAL: There is no active transaction {"exception":"[object] (PDOException(code: 0): There is no active transaction at vendor\\magento\\zendframework1\\library\\Zend\\Db\\Adapter\\Pdo\\Abstract.php:314)"} []

Could you please suggest to me how I can solve it?

This is override core file issue and now fixed it
