After completing a forgot password function successfully:

Attempting to login with the same email & password results in this non-descript error:

Questions:

1. How do we see a descriptive error?
2. If the error details are logged in a file somewhere, which file?

And of course...if anyone knows what the problem is here & how to fix it - PLEASE advise.  This is FrustratingAsHell
