How often does product recommendations metrics refresh its data

I created a product recommendation [native] in Magento admin panel 2.3.4 through Marketing -> Product Recommendations

Its been 1 hr these recommendation metrics are not updating

1. How often does these product recommendations metrics refreshes its data? 

2. Can we change the schedule of refresh?

we can run indexer and crons to make them work manually but i am facing an issue with refreshing the catalog from there. Is there any option to refresh the products submitted there. AS mistakenly i have submitted integration data into production. and products from integration are getting displayed on production now. any idea?
