How to limit the discount percent value in magento 2?

i have created a coupon code with percentage(10%) of cart total but here i am facing one problem.

i have to put max discount to 1500 suppose if a customer purchase for 10000 INR and he has to get 10% discount like 1000 INR

Another customer purchased for 30000 INR and he has to get only discount of 1500 instead of 3000

How can we acheive that one

I understand the requirement which you are trying to achieve.

Looking at the all the conditions and actions of cart price rule of Native Magento 2 - it is not feasible to achieve the same by utilizing the Native Magento capabilities.

You will require to customization on the top of that or another option would be you can use any readymade third-party extension for the same.
