You can create a support ticket in enterprise edition from your my account section ! over there you will find option to raise a ticket !
Create a ticket by logged in to the support website - https://support.magento.com/
another alternate options is you can contact your Enterprise account manager for this issue - they will also help you to create a ticket or resolve the issue !
