Just wondering if anyone else has seen this issue.
When someone orders two varibles of a configurable product the order looks like this
But if someone ordered four of the same variables of that configurable item it looks like this
We have customers getting emails from Magento saying that only one item has been shipped. We are using Starshipit as our shipping software.
