Insert image with wysiwyg editor not works properly

Hi ....I have Magento 2.1.4

In the backend when i'm editing a product description and insert a image with the wysiwyg editor the image url its broken

Editor insert this url

<img src="wysiwyg/4.jpg" />

Should be:

<img src="/pub/media/wysiwyg/4.jpg" />

OR

<img src="{{media url="wysiwyg/4.jpg"}}"/>
