Is Internet Explorer officially supported by Magento 2?
Do other people experience problems with IE11? (can't go to admin, can't login, can't add a product to the cart).

Surely, Magento 2 does support Interner Explorer 11.
The problems you described could be caused by installation Magento on top-level virtual domain like localhost. Magento in contrast to other CMS does not work properly on top-level domains.

Shouldn't be a top-level domain problem and it's working fine for Chrome and Firefox. I'll try to figure it out!

Maybe you have disabled the cookies in the Internet Explorer?
