I wasn't able to access the Menu Manager.  I've increased max_input_vars = 80000; still didn't solve the error. please help.  thank you very much

Looking at your screenshot - it seems like this mega menu you have installed/configured using either any third-party extension or any ready made theme.

So i would suggest you to raise a ticket on their portal and they will help you for the same.

Or else here require to debug complete code of that plugin/extension  from where exactly the error is coming so.
