Invoice email has blank customer address fields

Hi,

I have a Magento 2.0.4 install. When we send an Invoice email, the customer details for Billing Address and Shipping Address are blank.

I've checked the email templates, and they are fine.

They do appear on the pdf version btw. What could be causing this?
