Invoice subtotal same as rowtotal?

Hi, in our order the subtotal is shown inclusing tax (the same as the rowtotal). See screenshot: http://prntscr.com/nrwdhg

But on the invoice-totals the Subtotal is excluding tax. How can we change so both subtotals are showing exluding tax? And is that the correct way to show it?

I dont wan't to change the frontend tax view. Front end should all be including Tax. I only want to change this: http://prntscr.com/nrympr to excluding tax.
