Issue with order status after the payment with PayPal Payment Advanced

Hi,

 

I got some situation related with the PayPal Payment Advanced. Here is the case:

 

Each time a customer places an order and pay with a credit card, the site rejects the payment saying "payment declined" on the front end and leaving the customer on the payment page, so the customer thinks that maybe they missentered a card number. Then they try paying again and the site does the same thing by saying"payment declined" on the front end.

 

All the while, PayPal is accepting each payment and sending return data that says payment is good.

 

Trouble is that the site thinks the payment was no good and keeps cancelling the order and sending the "payment failed message" to the administrator email address.

 

When look at the order in the site admin it shows with a status of cancelled.

 

Does anyone ever face the same issue? Please kindly advice

 

PS: The site use Magento 2.2

Thank you for the replied. Yes, I have read it. Already ask PayPal to white-listed the account. Will waiting the feedback and hope it can solve it
