Link in Adminarea goes to admin dashboard

I need help. It's about the admin area in a Magento 2.1.7 shop. If third-party extensions are installed and I want to call a function in the admin section. The first time I will always be led to the home page of the admin area. Only on the 2nd call of the function / link is this made. Has anyone had the same experiences and maybe knows the solution? I am grateful for any help

Hi @karsten1965,

I doubt that the secret key generation is not happening properly for the link you are adding in admin. Hope you know about secret key it looks like this in the URL.

/key/92fa89bc73c9e635673dafe88a8bd1be111aaa57822326a8f48658898258fd2f/

Check if that is getting appended for the first time for the URL you are generating using the module.
