Linking Admin panel to marketplace - Bad credentials

Hi All,

I am a super noob with Magento so please be gentle with me.

I have had a server set up with Magento for this site - https://econaturalproducts.co.uk

I have tried to install a module form the marketplace but when I go to the admin panel it doesn't work.

I followed the instructions to go to system>web setup wizard>system config

But whenever I enter my public and private key from marketplace it just gives error "Bad credentials"

The first keys I tried have been used so I know they are working. I set up some new keys, and still got the same error.

Is this an issue with magento, Or am I being really dumb about something?

I am having the same issue, except that I am having it from the first time I tried to install modules. I am using Magento 2.3.3.

I solved it. I was copying my private key by clicking the link next to it and pasting it in Extension Manager. But the copied data has a space in the beginning of the key. By removing the space it went well.
