Localhost url problem

Hi,

I am working on localhost with my website (localhost/horses). Have upgraded to Magento 2.1.6. All was working fine.

For test purposes I have installed a second website (localhost/horses2). After some testing I have deleted this website completely. But now when I enter localhost/horses into address field, it switches automatically to localhost/horses2 and, of course, with the message 'page not found'. What is wrong?

Once remove /var/generation folder

after that do the upgrade , static content deploy and  cache clean
