I have a new install of 2.3.1 running the Porto theme 3.0.1 - all is great with the exception that authorize.net is not working - in sandbox mode, I get "server error", in live mode I get the dreaded "sorry but something went wrong" message of death.
To make matters worse - there is no logging of any kind despite debug mode being enabled. How is it that Magento breaks things that have never been a problem in the past ? Seriously this release is riddled with bugs. Bad ones.
Does anyone know how to enable logging so I can at least see what is going on - we are shooting blind here ! Anyone else have this same issue ?
I am 100% positive my credentials are accurate, as is our setup.
Is it possible the Magento version you're talking about is 2.1.3 instead of 2.3.1?
