Magento 2.0.14 - whole site deleted

Got a bit of a strange issue regarding a site that was recently upgraded. Upon running

 

  • cache:flush
  • indexer:reindex

In the Magento Admin Image Cache was flushed and also CSS.

I have noticed that the site has now gone, and all of the core Magento folders have been deleted.

It's odd. I can't think the reason. 

 

Have you tried running composer update again?
