@PaginasWebdotPE  seems like it is created virtual product, please add weight into product so it will create simple product.

Well, thanks Sunil, that solve the issue with simple vs virtual products, however, the principal issue with attributes persist, please see picture attached, products have XS, S, M and L, but sidebar only shows XS and S
