Magento 2.2.0 rest api - orders - Missing latest?

I'm at a loss as to what is causing this issue. We're pulling in orders from the Magento 2 API, and it's worked fine, up until two days ago. Nothing has been altered on the Magento store side.

The API request gets orders for the last three days with statuses of complete or processing.

We have two orders in today, but the last order retrieved from the API is from yesterday.

I've removed the status query to get all orders, and that doesn't show the new orders either. I've also checked that the time and date on both servers is correct.

I've Googled everything I can think of, and have exhausted every idea I can think of as to what might be happening.

Any ideas or suggestions?

have you place an order using PayPal Payflow pro and Payflow express with API?
