I am using Magento 2.3.2. When I click on Add to Compare from product page, page is refreshed but nothing happens on frontend, there is no error in the log.
Can you please help resolve this issue?

It seems to be related to the out of stock products.
When you enable backorders it should work?

The products are in stock. It seems its nothing to do with stock or quantity.

Using theme Magento Luma
Found issue, It was due to Hide Price extension. It started working when the extension is disabled.
