Magento 2.3.3 - Cannot claim URL in Google Shoppings Ads

I am using Google Shopping Ads 3.0.1 as part of the Magento 2.3.3 integration.

I went through the onboarding process and after linking Magento to Google Ads and setting up the payment, I lost access to my Merchant Center Account. Products were being pulled without problem.

I contacted Google Support and they said I needed to contact the owner of the account so they could give me back access (basically the Google Merchant Account is created by Magento, not by me the user of the gmail account).

I sent 3 emails to channels@adobe.com who are managing the original extension and they never replied to me.

I cannot edit the settings of my GMC through Magento. I cannot create a new GMC through Magento. I cannot access GMC through my own Google account... 

Where am I supposed to look for a way to solve this. Was really looking forward to that new functionality.

I had exactly the same problem.
Somehow the owner of the plugin managed to "steal" my google merchant account.

I tried to reclaim it with google but the new owner didn't authorized me to reclaim....

What to do?
