Magento 2.3.6 table setup_module is empty ?!?!?!?

SOLVED

Magento 2.3.6 table setup_module is empty ?!?!?!?

Hi,

when I go to the database and look at the setup_module table, I see that it is empty, only custom modules are printed.

I run the bin / magento setup: upgrade command, but nothing changes.

everything works well and it's a little weird for me, isn't it?

No, It's not weird, the setup_module table stores only custom modules name/data, it doesn't store core modules data in this table.
