Magento 2.3.7 Error Exporting Products - Message is added to queue, wait to get your file soon.

Having this message after pressings continue in export product. 

Message is added to queue, wait to get your file soon. Make sure your cron job is running to export the file

When i try download then I get white screen no file downloading.

Checked everything so far and cant figure it out. When trying manually with cron from terminal have error in line 55 in shell.php 

The exec function is disabled.

I could solved this if there is MultiPHP INI Editor in Cpanel but there is any. Also in public_html no php.ini file that I could edit and enable exec function.

Can anyone had this or is familiar with this error or have some guidance or even better a solution.

Please reach out to your hosting provide to enable this as this is disabled from their end for security reasons.
