Magento 2.4.7 would not save Paypal api cerfication method

When I try to save or edit paypal express checkout method with api cerficate , it would not save. When I try to delete the content I added before with api cerficate like api username or api password, it would not be edit or deleted. 

Then I tried to choose api signature method, and click save config, it would not save and goes to api cerficate method again? Why does this happen?

I've seen that fixed but flushing the cache and trying again. 

If you have continued issues, Payment Services from Adobe may be worth a try. It should show as a recommended solution in the Payment Methods section since you are on 2.4.7. This uses the new infrastructure from PayPal for checkout. You'd use the Payment Services Standard experience if you just want Express Checkout.
