Magento 2 Internet Explorer Loader Stuck at Checkout

We have the problem that the loader stuck in IE11 in Checkout. In Chrome, Safari it works without problems. We can't find an error, that is related to this.

We had to disable full page cache to get this working in Internet Explorer.
