Magento 2 restrict shipping method for specific states

I want to restrict flat rate shipping method $7 for some specific states(Hawaii , Peru)

Shipping Method

$7.00	Ground	Shipping & Handling
$13.00	2nd Day	Shipping & Handling
$20.00	Next Day	Shipping & Handling
