Magento 2 website is not loading because of cookies

We are using Magento 2.2.5 . We are facing a very strange issue with the site. We are setting cookies for 1 year. If a users is visiting to our website, then he again visits after 5,6 days. Then site is not loading and give 503 error. If he check on private tab or clear cookies then site works. This is issue very random. Is anyone who has the same issue.

Are you chaging cookie domain every day?
