Magento Admin Page Layout Error

Have a weird issue whenever a page loads in the admin. The layout is distorted and for the most part inaccessible. Running a clean install on 2.3.3 using latest Chrome browser. Tested on other browsers as well.

This happens in every page of the admin. I've experienced this in every magento install since 2 years of me using Magento 2. Has anyone else seen this and is there a solution for it? Thx

I understand the problem you are facing.

But with the Vanila version installation with Magento 2.3.X latest version somehow i am not able to find the same issue.
