is throwing error message:

This issue is related to you have override checkout_cart_item_renderers.xml and checkout_cart_index.xml file in your theme level.

@RizeTech  I have the exact same issue after upgrading from Magento 2.2.2 to 2.2.5.   Did you ever find a resolution?  Have you contacted Amasty?  That is probably my next step.  

I tried uninstalling manually and reinstalling but still get the issue with the blank checkout page that you mentioned.

This is looking you have installed any hotfix of the Amasty Promotion module. The file in question is located at:

/home/xxxxxxx/public_html/app/code/Amasty/Promo/Observer/FixCouponsUsageObserver.php

Based on my understanding, this fix may not be compatible with the currently installed version of the Amasty Promo module.

I recommend upgrading the module to a compatible version.
