Magento ver. 2.2.1 Contact Form not working

I am trying to get a Contact Form working on a website (https://tdsupplies.co.uk/contact) we have just taken over but cannot find why it has stopped working, form submits and shows a red notice with no message.

The system log file in var/log had the following message:

[2020-02-11 16:14:37] main.INFO: Broken reference: the 'contact-us-link' element cannot be added as child to 'footer_links', because the latter doesn't exist [] []

Any help with this would be appreciated.

Seems like you are using sendgrid and your domain, not whitelist

https://sendgrid.com/docs/glossary/whitelist/
