Marketplace does not sync: Invalid response line returned from server: HTTP/2 200 + Infinite Loop

Hi All, I hope you will be able to help me

Preconditions (*)

  1. fresh install of Magento ver. 2.1.15

Steps to reproduce (*)

  1. I try to sync to the Marketplace for the first time

Expected result (*)

  1. To Log in the Marketplace

Actual result (*)

  2. Invalid response line returned from server: HTTP/2 200

I have tried to following fixes:
