I made a few migrations only and I never get that error (not yet).

I had the same problem. I had to clear the content in <dest_prefix> in vendor/magento/data-migration-tool/etc/opensource-to-commerce/1.9.4.4/config.xml, it seems like the migration tool does not support it. Changing it to <dest_prefix></dest_prefix> fixed it for me.
