Hope someone can help me with this tricky one.
Can anyone confirm why the entity_id column would be missing from the catalog_category_product table? We installed an extension today and after running a reindex it returned errors as it was looking for the missing entity_id column. I have older versions of the same site and it looks as if the entity_id column has never existed. We're running 2.2.6. I've installed a test copy of the latest M2 version and it does include the entity_id column so I'm baffled as to why it isn't in our version. I've added the entity_id column manually in a dev version and everything is working, but it makes me nervous that it didn't exist and we don't like making manual changes to an M2 db.
