More than one active category in the menu when enabling or disabling a category in magento 2.3.1

Hello, I am making modifications to the categories but when I do this (enable or disable one), the menu shows more than one category active when entering any other category. any idea how to fix this. Thank you

Please do re-index and cache flush after the enable or disable category from bckend.
