New pages don't show up

Any new page I make using new page in ver 2.1.8 don't show up even when i do the link i get 404 page can't be found. I have flushed cache what am i mssing

Which page you haven't find? Its cms page or any module action.

How to create those page by you and which is your page url, please show your custom url to clarify your issue. Give your real url path to trace out your issue.
