Dear Magento,
This has been an ongoing issue.
The web wizard appears in some sites and disappears in others.
ERROR MESSAGE
" Welcome to Magento Admin, your online store headquarters.
To use the Magento setup wizard sign into your Admin account and navigate to System => Tools => Web Setup Wizard
Can you provide a solution already?
This is getting too frustrating especially when it is time for upgrades.
