Order order is created 2 times (and discounts 2 times in stock)

Hi guys, I hope this is all right. I have the following problem in my store: When the client executes the action of the button of places order, in the orders they are created to me 2 times, therefore the product discounts to me 2 times, this with each created order. Only applies for this, the customer is not debited 2 times, or anything like that. Could you give me some idea? Thank you.

Which payment gateway are you using?

There is no chance of such an issue in default Magento.

It may happen due to external third party extension.

Hi Meetanshi, thanks for replying, our store is currently using as a payment gateway: Webpay, our store has the default language Spanish of Chile.

I comment, currently it is sent in the same way 2 confirmation emails, one in English, and another in Spanish.
Do you believe that the error of these duplicate orders is due to the payment gateway?

Yes, it may be the case.

Why don't you try any other payment method and try to place an order once?
