PHP Settings not correct

Hi 

I start new with Magento ver. 2.3.6-p1

Now I have an Issu

If I want to install a new Plugin I get this:

PHP Settings Check *

Your current PHP memory limit is 512M. Magento 2 requires it to be set to 756M or more. As a user with root privileges, edit your php.ini file to increase memory_limit. (The command php --ini tells you where it is located.) After that, restart your web server and try again.

But I use this PHP.ini config

zend.ze1_compatibility_mode = Off
always_populate_raw_post_data = -1
apc.shm_size=1024M

apc.user_entries_hint=10000
apc.max_file_size=5M

apc.user_ttl=48000
memory_limit = 4G
max_execution_time = 1800
zlib.output_compression = On

I found a solution to bypass this but why I have this bug.

Have anyone an Idea?

It's not actually a bug, This is already added into magento setup documentation to change php memory limit (Screenshot below):

Configurations with a high number of store-views, products, attributes, or options can generate forms that exceed the preset PHP limit. If the number of values sent surpasses the limit set within php.ini, the remaining data cannot be transferred and those database values do not get updated. When this occurs, a warning appears in the PHP log.
