Parent category doesn't show child categories product sometimes.

There is one category in a store which has some child categories and that child categories have some products. we have is anchor= yes for all categories but still parent categories don't show child categories products

after loading categories page on admin dashboard looking for every category the frontstore showing all the products correctly but after some period again problem occurs without doint anything category products are keep changing sometimes.

Magento version = 2.1.7

Theme = novetty

PHP version = 7.0

Hi @siddhesh1995,

Can you check some of these things?

1) Can you switch to the Luma theme?

2) Can you check each category is set in the right way?

3) Is you store multi-store? In that case, maybe you have different configuration on different scopes?

4) Did you search your Magento's logs? Maybe there is some message/clue to try to understand what is happening?
