PayPal Express Checkout not display in payment option megento 2

Hi ,

I have set up megento 2.1.7 all things working only on problem paypal is not showing in payment page front in option section . any one suggest me what wrong in my set up . 

that paypal buttons is show iin minicart and checkout page.

Hi every one i got error that is problem my base_currency when i set base_currency INR then paypal not working . when i set base_currency USD then paypal is showing in payment method option section . any one tell me why paypal is not showing base_currency inr .
