I am using Magento ver. 2.1.7
as a payment option, we are using CCAvenue. when clicking place order the Order confirmation email is getting sent to the customer. if the customer cancels the payment, the order is showing processing.
Through which module you're using the integration with CCAvenue?

The problem was with CCAvenue guys. and it's sorted.
so in future anyone face this kind of problem, please check with the payment gateway provider...
