We recently upgraded a client from 1.9.4 to 2.3.5-p1 and we are having a very strange issue with Paypal. They use Paypal Payments Advanced.
Normally a customer would choose Credit Card/Debit card as their payment method and then click continue. The Paypal Credit frame loads from paypal and displays on the page for them to enter the payment information. Roughly 10% of the time the Paypal frame doesn't load and the customer has to start over.
I don't know where to start looking at this. It's very intermittent. I haven't been able to find anything in the logs. Has anyone else run into this?
