Paypal Express shipping methods/address problem

Hi

Using Magento 2.3.4 with Paypal Express and Matrix Rates. When a customer checks out as a guest the shipping methods don't appear within Paypal however if I change to some of my stored shipping addresses sometimes I see the shipping options and sometimes I don't.

When they don't load I just see no_rate £0.00

When the shipping methods are shown they contain the module name. How do I remove that?

@handcoded we recently had this issue with one of our clients. As a solution, we've made our shipping module name "Calcurates" editable.
