Problems with DHL API - shipment is being marked as Dutiable
I have several weeks trying to solve a problem that I have with the DHL shipping method. I have contacted DHL technical support and they tell me the following:
I do not see a connection issue. The issue is that the shipment is being marked as Dutiable. Domestic shipments are considered non dutiable.
It most all cases, the platform should allow you to indicate if the item is dutiable or non dutiable. This classification is designated by the shipper, as the shipper is responsible for declaring the goods being shipped.
Does anyone know what this refers to and how can I solve it? Or do they know more or less what the problem is about in Magento?
