Hi,
I was using the product recommendation with the testing settings and all was fine, I was able to see some products where I put my recommendation.
When I deploy my stuff on our prod server and use the production settings, after 3 days I am still not able to get any product from it.
Is there anything that should be done out of M2 to make sure it's working or even in M2?
