Magento 2.3.7-p2 running on php 7.4.27
We are experiencing an issue where we have a "Generic" product with a text field Customizable option. This product is usually used when we receive custom requests from customers and we use this text field to add the product description. We then do a custom price and everything shows on the order for the client.
Unfortunately this feature is not working properly as when we add it to an order on the backend and fill the text field, sometimes it saves the information, sometimes does not.
Don't know where/what is causing this issue as it's not always.
We even used to add multiple times the same generic product and, as it had different values on Text Field it would add it multiple times to the order. Now it just increases the quantity on the order.
Anyone can give some help here?
