Products are not showing in category

Hi,
I have a category that contains above 1k products. I can see in admin panel but these products are not coming in frontend under that category, some products are coming(420) .when i search any product from that category in frontend then i can see that product.

I managed all index from CLI but problem is still coming.

I used an Lit extension to migrate products from zencart before but after i removed that.
What module can cause problems ?
