Products in parent category Display (descending Direction) - in Child shows as (Ascending direction)

Hello,

i haven strange point (Magento 2.3.4),

"i changed also to Luma theme, but the issue is same" !

Problem:

The latest item added in the website, it shows as first product in the main category.

while if click on any  child/sub category -> its will be last products in category.

if click on the "Set descending Direction" -> its change to first product.

it should be :

as default  all categories same direction (ascending Direction)

any one could help?

You can change it in Core Magento Files I figured out.

/httpdocs/vendor/magento/module-catalog/Helper/Product/ProductList.php, you can set asc or desc.

The proper way is to do it via an extension/plugin.
