Read-only environment

Hi, I'm new in Magento tech and I've been working in a project that needs simple customization (like changing logo.jpg and things like this). But, every time I'm logged through SSH in my cloud environments and I try to change something, I get: "read-only file system".

What should I do to customize things?

How can I know the file system owner user and password?

How can I know the root password inside the machine (through SSH)?

@fabio_nantes  What kind of cloud you are on, Magento or something else? Mostly with the readonly environment you have to follow the processes if there is something for which you need to upload the code or image.

For logo change and many of the similar features which can be supported from Magento admin can be performed without any issues as those folders like media are writable.
