I have searched all over and see many people with this issue when using a localhost domain, but I am installed to a live domain. Front page loads (although slow as hell thanks that being stuck in development mode, there is a git bug open on this issue with the migration tool.) but the admin URL in chrome results in an error saying too many redirects.
I have cleared caches on my machine and the server, cleared static contents, cleared cookies, and no results. IE works fine, as do most other browsers.
Issue is on Magento CE 2.1.0 migrated from 1.9.2.2
